Got red?
February 6, 2009

Across the country, in call centers, stores, and tech locations, members are wearing RED. Red CWA buttons, red shirts, red bows, red nail polish, red wristbands, anything red! Send pictures of you and your co-workers wearing red to UNITYatATT@cwa-union.org (not cap sensitive).

Mobilize!

Good contracts aren't won solely at the bargaining table. They're won by a united membership standing together.  Want a good contract? Do your part and mobilize!

Bargaining is tough. Your bargaining team will sit across the table from AT&T and will work hard to make your issues clear to the company. But the bottom line is this: AT&T is a big, powerful company that wants to give you as little as they can.

Decades of bargaining with AT&T have taught us that the only thing that will move them is seeing that YOU will do whatever is necessary to support your bargaining team and that all 180,000 Union members at AT&T are united.

Wear Red

CWA has a history of wearing RED as a show of support and solidarity. We understand there are restrictions in what you can wear to work but we need you to show management you support your bargaining team.

Wear something RED every Thursday. A red ribbon, a scarf, a tie, an armband, anything you come up with. The Company bargainers are informed about what is going on in the worksites. Show them you're behind your bargaining team!

Over the next few weeks, we'll be putting out a lot of information both on what is happening at the table AND what you need to do to help. We need you to stay in touch with your Local and with the Bargaining Committee through: www.CWA-attmobility.com

Keep Us Up to Date
