Fighting to Restore Workers' Rights

CWA Members participated in activities across the country to mark Dec. 10, International Human Rights Day, and our fight to win back the right to bargain a contract and organize a union.

International Human Rights Day also honors Eleanor Roosevelt who was the driving force in getting the United Nations to adopt the resolution outlining protections and freedoms for all people. Eleanor Roosevelt, and her husband FDR, were strong supporters of unions and Eleanor herself was a member of The Newspaper Guild. She wrote a newspaper column called "My Day" and even attended union meetings.

Take Action: You Can Still Participate

It is never too late to stand up for Workers' Rights. Take action on one of these campaigns today.
