Overview

The delegates to the 2005 convention adopted Resolution #1 Ready for the Future (RFF) which seeks to have us, at all levels of the union, look at the challenges ahead and discuss what we can do more of or differently to best position CWA to meet these challenges. A Strategic Plan incorporating the ideas which emerged during this dialogue was adopted by the delegates to the 2006 convention. Continued membership participation in this process is critical as we work together to implement the Strategic Plan.
