Avaya loses $60 million anti-trust lawsuit

Avaya has lost a $60 million ant-trust lawsuit to one of their business partners, Continuant.  We have long told Avaya that placing business partners between them and their customers would be a disaster. Unfortunately, their decision has had horrible results for our members.
