Alcatel-Lucent Installation

Yesterday was spent meeting in Sub-Committees. Today the Company countered our proposal on Medical Care.  Though there were some improvements from their original proposal (like getting rid of their outrageously high new deductibles) it is still too big an increase for many of our members and we will be responding tomorrow.  There was also some movement on per diems and a few other items.  The big issue still facing us is the Shi(f)t Plan and that is what we will focus on over the next few days.
