SUBJECT:  Information on the Long Term Savings and Security Plan (LTSSP)

We have been notified of a change that will be effective April 1, 2011.  After reviewing the change it appears this is a good thing.  We will however keep an eye on what is happening with the plan as time goes on to ensure the net effect meets the stated goal.  Please see the attached letter.
