AT&T Plans for a Medicare Retiree Health Exchange

Greetings,



Attached is a presentation developed by our Research Department to help
provide information on the Medicare Retiree Health Exchange that will be
covering Medicare-eligible retirees as of 1/1/15  This change will apply
only to retirees who retired after 3/1/90. Medicare-eligible retirees who
retired before 3/1/90 will not be affected by this change. They will
continue to be covered by the AT&T-sponsored Traditional Indemnity Plan.


Included in the presentation is information about where to obtain resources
and to set up a process for retirees to submit questions to which they have
been unable to get answers from their Benefits Adviser. I will be the

retain the response for future reference.
