Later that day, Castro introduced his twin brother, San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro, the first ever Latino keynote speaker at the Democratic National Convention. "The opportunities Latinos now have under President Obama's leadership, from health care to education, are incredible," said Ramos, who is attending her first convention as a delegate. "He's opened doors for all ethnicities."
