Attached are the terms of an agreement to change the expiration dates of the Alcatel-Lucents Contracts, which were set to expire in May of 2012, to May 26, 2013.  We strongly believe that this will put us in a stronger bargaining position in 2013, as well as extending some very important provisions of the 2004 Contracts for an additional year.
