The Company further rejected our proposals on classification of employees, time in title, relocation and seniority.
The Union countered the Company’s proposal on changes to job titles and to various MoA’s in the contract.
The parties had lengthy discussions today on issues of seniority and neutrality and card check.
The subcommittee assigned to work on the grievance and arbitration procedure met today as well. Some progress has been made in these discussions regarding Article 16.
There is much work to be done if we plan to have an agreement before midnight on Saturday.
