The Union has requested clarification on the flexibility to utilize personal days off and absence time.
The Union and Company approved a tentative agreement to our Grievance and Arbitration article. However, the company has yet to respond to several Union Proposals, and today they passed another retrogressive benefit proposal that takes Tier 2 employees to the Tier 1 Management Plan.
