The Union requested to increase Union hours and the number of Union Reps paid by the Company and also to reinforce the MoA on Union Orientation to notify the Union of new hires. The Company also gave a presentation on the New Attendance Policy and the New Discipline Policy that they plan to implement later on this year. Again, this was a presentation and CWA’s position is we don’t bargain Company Policies, especially those that could include or lead to discipline.
The full committee will meet again Monday afternoon, June 28, 2010.
