The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) congratulates U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on the end of her tenure as the 67th Secretary of State of the United States. Since taking office in 2009, Secretary Clinton has emphasized the needs of people living with HIV – particularly women and girls – and she was instrumental in the development of the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) “Blueprint” for achieving an AIDS-free generation and the end of HIV/AIDS.
