INSTALLERS OTP

Last week Alcatel-Lucent approached CWA stating they were going to do an OTP for Installers based on the CSI surplus.  Vice President Maly had discussions with Muscat and Schecter over the matter and our disagreement.

We thought the issue was corrected however, we were informed today that they are going forward with the OTP in the base locations where the CSI surplus is located.
