On January 14, 2010 CWA had our first official meeting with the Job Satisfaction Committee, agreed to under the Orange Contract.  Lois J. Grimes-Patow, Administrative Director at CWA and Representative Krystal Sturm, from the Evansville, IN call center, met with the company.

The meeting, being the first, was basically a "meet and greet". Krystal and I began exploring with the Company what employees are being measured against for customer satisfaction and how the monitoring process works.  It was interesting; Krystal and I learned quite a bit.  We have a number of data requests on the table for our next meeting, which is scheduled for February 17, 2010.  As we have meetings, we will post information on the web site.  We may also ask from time to time for you to respond to us based on what the Company position may be on certain topics.
