While painstakingly slow, CWA believes that as long as we are making progress, it is best to keep the dialog open, rather than go back to court.  We have one more meeting that will take place prior to the CWA Convention and hopefully AT&T will see that they have to comply with seniority in regards to scheduling.

Again, I want to thank Dennis Trainor, Assistant to District 1 Vice President, District 1 Staff and Legal and Local 1118 for their diligent work on this important case.
