Recently we were notified that SMMs were going to be distributed to the three above-referenced groups. The Company indicated that each change had been communicated to the Locals previously; however, based on ERISA rules, the Company is required to provide the information to plan participants.
We have had the plan reviewed and the memo is attached. Generally the changes are administrative in nature. The most important change though, which is applicable to all three plans is a deadline has been implemented to file a benefits claim lawsuit.
