To: All C&T Locals

AT&T has notified our office that, during the Job Offer Guarantee, they look at Term positions; and if there are qualified JOG participants, they will convert that Term position to Regular Full Time if the candidate accepts the offer.  If the candidate does not accept the JOG offer, the position remains as a Term.
