AFA-CWA members at Compass Airliness will picket at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport on Tues., Sept. 7 to protest the firing of Kirsten Arianejad, who was fired after publicly revealing that she qualified for food stamps on the flight attendant wages Compass pays.

Compass flight attendants joined AFA-CWA in November 2009 and are bargaining for their first contract. Compass is a regional carrier for Delta Air Lines.

When: Tuesday, Sept. 7, from noon to 2 pm.

Where: Across from ticketing, upper level, at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport
