The attached is a speech given by Staff Representative Laura Unger on Oct. 4 to the attendees at the District 3 Conference. We are posting it because it gives a good description of the issues a bargaining team has to deal with and the decisions they have to make. The AT&T South Contract expired in August and bargaining is still going on.
