Success Sharing Plan 2011

The T&T Office was notified by AT&T after an inquiry from our office there will be no payout for the 2011 Award Year. The monies from the Success Sharing Plan (SSP) os deposited into each eligible employees' Health Retirement Account. There was no deposit for Plan Award Year 2011.

The Plan changes for the 2012 Award Year. 2012 is based not only on stock appreciation but also dividend and rate value. You can check your contract under the Compensation Section pages 268 through 270.
