"There is a War Going on in this Country"

On the floor of the U.S. Senate, Senator Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont) stood up for working and middle class families against the corporate and personal greed that is making the income gap between the top 1 percent and everyone else even bigger.

“There is a war going on in this country against the working families of America, against the disappearing and shrinking middle class of our country,” he said. “Who is winning in this economy, and who is losing?”
