Yesterday the company notified CWA that in fact the Legacy T retiree group had been missed by the mail out for Voluntary Benefits/Marsh Plans.  A mailing for the Legacy T retirees will be conducted.  The deadline has been extended to February 22, 2013 for all the programs covered including Legal and Financial Planning; this information was confirmed today. 

Please be on the look out for a postcard which will contain all the pertinent information or if you have an online set up with AT&T check your online mail for information. 

CWA is very appreciative for all the work AT&T did looking into this matter so that our members could have this benefit available to them.
