We had our second day of bargaining with Windstream today. The Union passed counter proposals on the Pension Plan and on the 401K Plan. The Company listened intently to our presentations on each proposal. Windstream was not prepared to respond on our proposals today. The Company has agreed with the Union to jointly extend the deadline on the negotiations. Windstream will reveiw our proposals with the benefit group in Little Rock, AR and we will schedule our next bargaining date. As we make progress we will update the website.
