US Labor Department Announces Final Rule to Improve U.S. Workers’ Protection from the Dangers of 'Respirable' Silica Dust
The U.S Labor Department has announced an updated rule to protect workers from the dangers of silica dust. This is the most comprehensive standard established by OSHA since the promulgation of the comprehensive Asbestos Standard some 30 years ago.
