The Union and the Company have reached a new, tentative agreement on the AT&T Mobility “Orange” contract. The next step is ratification by Mobility members. All Mobility Members will receive a contract ratification ballot at the address they have on file with their Local.
The Bargaining Committee is pleased with its terms and unanimously recommends a “yes” vote. Learn more about the tentative agreement below.

March 22, 2013: Ratification voting begins (instructions mailed)
April 5, 2013: Last day to vote on ratification
February 11, 2017: New agreement expires
