Nokia Bargaining Report #11

The Company and your Bargaining Team met again today. The Company responded to our data request on Early Start Allowance, Sunday Start Allowance, Motor Vehicle Usage and Out of Hour Paging (OTS). This information is necessary so we can make informed decisions on a comprehensive proposal on cost savings to the Company.

Your bargaining team also presented the Company with pictures and quality concerns about work performed by 3P that included, site fire, sites off air, numerous sites alarms, and others that our core installers had to go out and fix. They seemed unaware of these issues and concerns and will be looking into them. Remember to keep up the good work we do and show the company it would be a mistake to devolve our bargaining unit into a 3P Model.

Remember Mobilization is critical! This is one of the toughest bargaining this unit has faced. Our jobs, livelihood and bargaining unit are riding on us getting a fair and equitable contract that addresses job security and retiree healthcare. The contract expiration date is set for June 30th.

Keep using this link to send an online letter to Nokia CEO Rajeev Suri and Nokia Bargaining Chair Steve Muscat, telling them to save American jobs and bargain in good faith!
