AT&T Legacy T Bargaining
The Bargaining Team presented the following this morning:
- Added language for Article 33.4 Shifted Tour
- Added language for Article 33.4 Minimum Interval Differential
- Amended language for Alliance for Employee Growth and Development for AT&T USVI
The Union also TA’d the Repopulation of Titles letter & TA’d Company proposal to eliminate the Leverage Title Sales Committee.
The Bargaining Team met with the Company this afternoon to receive their proposal on the following:
- AT&T and CWA Learning – added language for training on ergonomic awareness
- Article Consolidation and Clean Up
We have to say once again that we appreciate all the mobilization activities that are going on across the country. A big shout out to Local 6350 for the package we received today! The cards of support really were great along with the Lucky Friday the 13th mobilization paraphernalia.
Let the Company know loud and clear it is time to agree to a fair and just contract. Don’t forget to pack up your personal belongings from your desks, cubicles, & trucks by end of business Friday the 13th.
Remember, the company’s net profit in 2017 was 29.3 billion dollars. That equates to 80,273,972 dollars a day including Holidays (that’s like you winning the Powerball every day of the year).
We will continue to work towards a fair and just contract for all.
